Getting Started
How do I create my first helpdesk?
Sign up free at cp.mycoach.ing, then go to helpdesk.mycoach.ing. The onboarding wizard will guide you through 3 simple steps: choose your industry template, name your workspace, and choose your email setup. Takes under 60 seconds.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The free plan uses a ready-made subdomain (yourname.helpdesk.mycoach.ing) with no setup at all. For custom domains, we provide a step-by-step wizard. For Cloudflare users, setup is fully automatic.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes! The Free plan includes 1 workspace, 1 agent, 50 tickets/month, and a public portal. No credit card required.
Email & Domains
Can I use my own support domain?
Yes. On Starter plan and above, use domains like support.yoursite.com or help.clientsite.com. Just add a DNS record — our wizard shows you exactly what to add.
Do I need a mail server?
No. We use Cloudflare Email Routing to receive emails and Emailit to send replies. This is free, reliable, and much easier than running your own mail server.
How does email-to-ticket work?
When a customer emails support@yoursite.com, Cloudflare forwards it to our system. A ticket is created automatically and assigned to the correct department using smart routing. When you reply from the dashboard, the customer gets an email back.
Can I have multiple email addresses?
Yes (Pro+). For example: support@, billing@, refund@, vip@ — each mapped to a different department. Starter plan gets 2 inboxes, Pro gets unlimited.
Features
What are industry templates?
Pre-configured setups for specific business types (SaaS, E-commerce, Agency, etc.). Each template creates departments, categories, keyword routing rules, and saved replies automatically. Choose one during setup or start blank.
How does smart ticket routing work?
Three ways: (1) Email-to-department mapping (billing@ → Billing dept), (2) Keyword matching (subject/body contains "refund" → Refunds dept with high priority), (3) Round-robin or least-busy agent assignment within departments.
Can I embed a support widget on my website?
Yes. Add one line of JavaScript to any website. The widget has 3 tabs: contact form, knowledge base search, and ticket tracking. Customers can get help without leaving your site.
What is white-label?
White-label means your customers see your brand, not ours. Upload your logo, set brand colors, hide "Powered by SupportFlow". Available on Pro plan and above. Agency plan includes full white-label with custom login pages.
Pricing & Plans
What are the pricing plans?
Free ($0), Starter ($5/mo), Pro ($15/mo), Agency ($49/mo). All plans include the core helpdesk features. Higher plans add more workspaces, agents, custom domains, white-label, and advanced features.
How many tickets can I handle?
Free: 50/month. Starter: 500/month. Pro and Agency: unlimited.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing period. No lock-in contracts.

Agency & Multi-brand
Can I manage multiple websites?
Yes. Pro plan: 5 workspaces. Agency: unlimited. Each workspace gets its own inbox, portal, branding, and team.
Can I resell to my clients?
Yes. The Agency plan includes reseller features: create workspaces for clients, white-label everything, use client domains. Sell support as a service.
How does white-label work for agencies?
Each client workspace can have its own logo, colors, domain, and branding. Your clients never see "SupportFlow" — it looks like your own product.
Technical
What email providers do you support?
We use Cloudflare Email Routing (free) for receiving and Emailit for sending. This works with any domain on any DNS provider. No need for Gmail, Outlook, or any specific email service.
Is there an API?
Yes. REST API for creating tickets, managing workspaces, and KB articles. Contact form API with CORS support for custom integrations.
Where is my data stored?
On our servers in a secure MySQL database. All connections are encrypted with SSL/TLS.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export tickets, contacts, and articles via the API or contact us for a full data export.
